GENERAL SHIPPING TERMS
- We process and ship orders across India.
- We currently do not ship internationally.
- Orders are processed only on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
- You will receive an email confirmation once your order is successfully placed.
ORDER PROCESSING & DISPATCH TIME
- Standard Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2-7 business days from the date of purchase.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- If there is a delay in processing, we will notify you via email or phone.
SHIPPING CHARGES & DELIVERY TIME
Shipping charges and estimated delivery time will be calculated at checkout based on:

⚠ Note: Delivery delays may occur due to weather conditions, high order volumes, or unforeseen issues with courier services.
ORDER TRACKING & CONFIRMATION
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email with a tracking number.
- The tracking number will be activated within 24 hours of dispatch.
- You can track your order by visiting our tracking page or through the courier partner’s website.
If you do not receive your tracking details within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team at info@shreemvastu.com.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
- Shreem Vastu is not responsible for any customs duties, tariffs, or taxes applied to your order.
- Any additional fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility.
- We recommend checking with your local authorities for any applicable taxes.
DAMAGED, LOST, OR MISSING ORDERS
At Shreem Vastu, we take great care in packaging and shipping your orders securely. However, in rare cases:
Damaged Orders
- If you receive a damaged package, please do not accept it from the courier.
- If accepted, take clear photos of the package and items before opening.
- Report the damage to us within 24 hours at info@shreemvastu.com.
Lost or Missing Orders
- If your package is marked as “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, please check with:
✔ Neighbors, security, or reception
✔ Your local courier office - If still not found, contact us at +91 8329001215, and we will assist you in filing a claim.
⚠ Important: We are not liable for missing packages due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
UNDELIVERED & RETURNED PACKAGES
If a package is returned to us due to:
🚫 Incorrect or incomplete address
🚫 Customer unavailability
🚫 Refusal to accept the package
We will contact you to reschedule delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We are working on expanding our shipping network and will update this policy when international shipping becomes available.
RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
Returns
- All sales are final, and we do not accept returns unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

Refunds
Refunds are only issued under the following conditions:
✔ The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
✔ The wrong product was sent.
✔ The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after review.
